CHANGE, Inc. conducts a Community Needs Assessment Survey every three years to gauge the needs of the communities it serves, and ensure the programs and services offered can meet the needs identified. Programs and services are altered, created and eliminated based on the needs of the community, and the results of Community Needs Assessments.
In 2019, CHANGE, Inc. conducted a Community Needs Assessment of its five county service area, distributing surveys to employees, customers, community groups, board members, and partners through paper and digital surveys. Over 640 surveys were completed, and the results were analyzed and published in the 2019 Community Needs Assessment Report.
