Our Customer Resource Coordinator will explore these areas to find where referrals can be made:

- Emergency Services
- Child/Dependent Care
How To Receive Service
Please call CHANGE, Inc. to schedule an appointment at one of our office locations. You will be asked to provide a copy of your photo ID and fill out an intake form. Based on the results, you will be referred to the appropriate staff and/or resources depending upon your immediate needs.
