Case Management provides intensive assistance to individuals and/or families by addressing key issues and providing supportive services to overcome barriers to self-sufficiency.

CHANGE, Inc.’s case managers work with individuals to help them develop goals, overcome obstacles to self-sufficiency, and build the necessary skills to achieve financial stability.
Our case manager will explore these areas to find where improvements can be made:
- Energy Usage
- Emergency Services
- Child/Dependent Care
How To Receive Service
To be eligible for case management, the following must apply:
- Must be a resident of Hancock, Brooke, Ohio, or Marshall County.
- Score below “stable” on our assessment scale form.
- Have a willingness to work to overcome the barriers to obtaining self-sufficiency and economic independence.
