What We Do

Customer Resource provides assistance to individuals and/or families by addressing key issues and providing supportive services and referrals to overcome barriers to self-sufficiency and maintaining health.

Services We Provide

CHANGE, Inc.’s Customer Resource Coordinators work with individuals to help them find services to overcome obstacles to self-sufficiency and maintianing their health.

Our Customer Resource Coordinator will explore these areas to find where referrals can be made:

  • Education
  • Energy Usage
  • Income
  • Housing
  • Emergency Services
  • Transportation
  • Nutrition
  • Health
  • Child/Dependent Care

How To Receive Service

Please call CHANGE, Inc. to schedule an appointment at one of our office locations. You will be asked to provide a copy of your photo ID and fill out an intake form. Based on the results, you will be referred to the appropriate staff and/or resources depending upon your immediate needs.
