What We Do

The Domestic Violence Awareness Center (DVAC) provides advocacy to residents of Brooke and Hancock County on issues resulting from domestic violence including the Healing Journeys Support Group.

Services We Provide

This support group provides a safe environment to talk with people who are experiencing domestic violence in their lives. Group members come from all different stages in their cycle of domestic violence.  It’s a place to build friendships, support, and healing from the abuse you have experienced in your life.

Child care is available if needed.

How to Receive Service

All groups are free and confidential. Call our DVAC or see flyer for more details.
