What We Do
The Patient Assistance Program assists income-eligible Family Medical Care patients without existing prescription coverage to apply for medications through the numerous pharmaceutical companies indigent drug programs.
How to Receive Service
To determine if you qualify, make an appointment for a Patient Assistance Screening. You will need verification of your household income, a list of your current prescriptions, and a denial letter from your local Department of Health and Human Resources office. If eligible, the Patient Advocate will begin the application process. Final approval is determined by the individual pharmaceutical companies.
A service fee is applied to cover the costs involved in submitting the applications to the pharmaceutical companies.
