What We Do
The Weatherization Assistance Program assists in reducing energy use for low-income families by improving the energy efficiency of their homes while ensuring their health and safety.
Services We Provide
Open to individuals and families living in Hancock, Brooke, Ohio and Marshall Counties that meet the Federal income guidelines.
Gross monthly income is used to determine eligibility. Income guidelines are determined by the Federal Government.

For family units with more than 8 members, add $8,360.00 per year (annual income) for each additional member.
How To Receive Service
Call, stop by our office, or use the download links below for an application. Must submit application including intake forms, copy of photo ID, proof of income for all persons 18 or older living in the home, heating bill (gas, oil, wood, kerosene), and electric bills.

Hancock or Brooke County Residents: Please fill out the additional page below for the First Energy Home Check-Up program and include it with your Weatherization application.
