Join our Behavioral Health Team FT or PT (Various Locations)
CHANGE Inc. Family Medical Care is looking to expand our Behavioral Health clinical staff. We have current FT and PT openings (benefits available to FT) for Graduate level clinicians with any of the following licenses: Licensed Independent Social Workers, Licensed Graduate Social Workers, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors, Licensed Professional Counselors licensed in Ohio and/or WV. We have openings to provide Behavior Health Services in Office settings, School Based Health Centers and our MAT program. Some travel may be necessary. Applicants must be able to pass a background check and drug screening and have a valid driver’s license. EOE
Dentist FT (Weirton)
CHANGE, Inc., Family Medical Care Community Health Center has an opening for a FT Dentist. Position would see CHANGE, Inc. patients of all ages at our Weirton location.
Requirements:
Appropriate license in WV
Experience working with all ages preferred
Basic computer proficiency and experience with EMR preferred

Clinical Site Manager FT (Weirton)
CHANGE, Inc. Family Medical Care is hiring a Full Time Clinical Site Manager for our West street location. Applicant should possess active healthcare licensure in WV and/or management/supervisor experience in the medical field (Preference given to applicants with both). Applicants must possess excellent organization, critical thinking, communication, multi-tasking skills, excellent documentation, and computer skills. This position would oversee a medical facility that houses multiple disciplines such as Family Care, Gyne, Dental, and Behavioral Health. EOE Closing date for this position is April 30th, 2024.
LPN FT (Weirton Call Center)
CHANGE Inc., Family Medical Care Community Health Center has an opening for a LPN licensed in West Virginia. Previous experience in a medical office environment is preferred. This individual would be triaging patient phone calls, refilling medications, conducting phone assessments, and scheduling patients. When needed this person may fill in doing other back office duties. Applicant must be able to pass a background check and drug screening and have a valid driver’s license. EOE. Phlebotomist or CMA for Lab FT (Newell)
CHANGE Inc., Family Medical Care Community Health Center has an opening for a Full Time Nationally Certified Medical Assistant or Certified Phlebotomist (AAMA or NHA certification) to work in the lab at our Newell location. Vena puncture and lab processing experience preferred. Applicant must be able to pass a background check and drug screening and have a valid drivers license, EOE. CMA or LPN Roomer FT (Wintersville)
CHANGE Inc., Family Medical Care Community Health Center has an opening for a FT LPN (with WV Licensure) or CMA (NHA or AAMA certification) at our Wintersville location. Previous experience in a medical office environment is preferred. Job duties would include but are not limited to rooming patients, answering incoming phones, and assisting other care team members. Summer Food Worker PT Temporary
CHANGE Inc. will be accepting applications for several part time temporary positions for our Summer Food Program.
