Join our Behavioral Health Team FT or PT (Various Locations)

CHANGE Inc. Family Medical Care is looking to expand our Behavioral Health clinical staff. We have current FT and PT openings (benefits available to FT) for Graduate level clinicians with any of the following licenses: Licensed Independent Social Workers, Licensed Graduate Social Workers, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors, Licensed Professional Counselors licensed in Ohio and/or WV. We have openings to provide Behavior Health Services in Office settings, School Based Health Centers and our MAT program. Some travel may be necessary. Applicants must be able to pass a background check and drug screening and have a valid driver’s license. EOE

Dentist FT (Weirton)

CHANGE, Inc., Family Medical Care Community Health Center has an opening for a FT Dentist. Position would see CHANGE, Inc. patients of all ages at our Weirton location.
Requirements:
Appropriate license in WV
Experience working with all ages preferred
Basic computer proficiency and experience with EMR preferred

Special Populations Coordinator FT (Weirton)

CHANGE Inc. is currently accepting applications for a Full Time Special Populations Coordinator. Applicant must have a valid driver’s license. Experience in Social Work or related field is preferred. Ideal candidate must be able to conduct client assessments, provide outreach education and case management services to at risk populations and their families throughout several counties in WV. Daily travel may be necessary. Applicants will be required to pass a Background check and Drug Screening. EOE Closing date for this position is May 22nd, 2024.

LPN Triage FT (Weirton)

CHANGE Inc., Family Medical Care Community Health Center has an opening for a LPN licensed in West Virginia. Previous experience in a medical office environment is preferred. This individual would be triaging patient phone calls, refilling medications, conducting phone assessments, and scheduling patients. When needed this person may fill in doing other back office duties. Applicant must be able to pass a background check and drug screening and have a valid driver’s license. EOE. Medical Office Clerk FT or PT (Various Locations)

CHANGE, Inc., Family Medical Care Community Health Center has an opening for a FT or PT Medical Office Clerk (Various Locations). This person must have at least 2 years experience working in a Medical Office. This would be a front office position. Primary duties would include but are not limited to answering the phone, making appointments, and rescheduling appointments. Secondary duties would include but are not limited to checking in and out patients, collecting co-pays, making sure that all insurance information is correct. Must have excellent computer skills and be able to multi-task. Applicant must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. EOE the closing date for this position is May 22nd, 2024.
