CHANGE Inc., Family Medical Care Community Health Center has openings for CMA’s or LPN’s licensed in WV for our Newell location. Previous experience in a medical office environment is preferred. Job duties could include but are not limited to rooming patients, coordinating patient referrals requested by the provider, answering incoming phones, and assisting other care team members. CHANGE, Inc. will be accepting applications for the position of Regional Care Coordinator (RCC) for the Right from the Start Program (RFTS), which serves Medicaid-eligible pregnant women and infants in the counties of Hancock, Brooke, Ohio, Marshall, Wetzel, Tyler and Doddridge. Required: must be RN with a BSN licensed in the State of West Virginia with at least three years of community nursing experience as a registered nurse. Job requirements include previous supervisory and administrative experience, basic computer/internet and data entry skills, along with report preparation and record-keeping experience. This is an office position with a pay range of $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 annually depending on experience. Position will supervise existing office personnel, recruit and provide training and technical assistance to new Designated Care Coordinators (DCC’s) and agencies. Position is based out of Moundsville, WV. Travel will be required to attend meetings and trainings.
